The traditional 26 and 2 sequence known as Bikram yoga comprised of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to work your entire body. Lengthen, strengthen, tone, and heal your body with this beginner level sequenced made for every body. The sequence stays the same just the time changes. 60 minute, 75 minute, and the original 90 minute classes are available. This class is great for beginners and advanced yogis alike.
Vinyasa yoga is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to the next seamlessly using breath. Vinyasa offers a variety of different postures in every class, so no two classes are the same. Typical classes include a range of standing and seated postures, balancing postures, forward folds and backbends. Each class is designed for all levels with different variations to try. These classes will increase strength, stability, flexibility and promote focus and clarity. 60 and 75 minute classes available.
Bikram and Vinyasa. This is a moderate paced fusion of Bikram poses and a Vinyasa flow where you get the best of both worlds. In this flow class we move with breath in true Vinyasa style while incorporating Bikram poses. The same every time, like the 26 and 2, this class allows students to develop different techniques not used in the traditional Bikram series. This class provides a total body stretch while boosting your energy, strength and flexibility in 60 minutes and is meant for all level of practitioners.
